By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms:

1. Payment: Cash on Delivery (COD) only, for now. We confirm every order on WhatsApp before dispatch — no order is shipped without confirmation.

2. Price: The price shown on the website is final. Shipping is free on orders above ₹1000.

3. Colour & shade: Slight differences between the photos and the actual product may occur due to lighting or screen settings — these are not considered defects.

4. Returns / Replacement: Within 3 days of delivery, with an unboxing video, only for transit damage, manufacturing defects, wrong products or missing items. Returns are not accepted for a change of mind. Full details: Return & Replacement Policy.

5. Refusing COD orders: Refusing a COD parcel without a valid reason may lead to Cash on Delivery being disabled for future orders.

In all matters, the decision of Shanti Soundarya shall be final.
